Refund Policy

1. Consultation Booking & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your in-person clinic or online video/phone consultation with Dr. Vishal Gupta, please notify us at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled slot. We will gladly adjust your appointment time free of charge.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations requested before consultation commencement will receive a full refund processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Completed Consultations

Once a professional consultation session has taken place, consultation fees cover the doctor’s dedicated time, evaluation, and care plan development, and are non-refundable.
